Situated only 5 minutes away from town centre and 4km from the Leisure Isle beach you'll find Abalone Lodges. Not only does Abalone Lodges offer convenient location but also offer breathtaking views of the Estuary and Knysna Heads.

These unique wooden units are all self-catering with kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with spa-bath, television with selected DStv channels as well as a balcony for those lovely sunsets! The more spacious Double Storey Wooden Lodge has an open plan lounge area with kitchen. There are a braai facilities and a communal swimming pool.

Self Catering Accommodation

individual log cabin:
The individual Log Cabin can accommodate two adults and one child under the age of 12. The unit consists of a spacious bedroom with King size bed / Single beds. There is a small loft for a mattress that can accommodate the child under twelve. The unit also has a bathroom with spa bath (oval) shower combination. A mini kitchen with limited facilities, consisting of cutlery, crockery, wash-up basin, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster is also available. Enjoy the beautiful lagoon views from the balcony with breakfast table. In the bedroom there is a television with selected DStv channels and a braai area outside the unit.

semi-detached log cabin:
The Semi-Detached Log Cabin can accommodate two adults. The unit consists of a bedroom with King Size bed / Single beds, bathroom with Spa bath and hand shower. They also have a mini kitchen consisting of gas cooker, cutlery, crockery, wash-up area, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Enjoy stunning lagoon views from the balcony with breakfast tables. In the bedroom there is a television with selected DStv channels. Outside braai area and undercover parking

double storey log cabin:
The Double Storey Log Cabin can accommodate two adults and two children under 12 and consists of a Queen size bed in the bedroom upstairs, en-suite bathroom with spa bath and hand shower. Enjoy panoramic views of the lagoon from the upstairs balcony. Downstairs you will find a formal lounge with double sleeper couch, a full kitchen with a breakfast server (no oven) and a bathroom with shower and loo. Beautiful lagoon views can be enjoyed through bay window in the lounge. There is a television with selected DStv channels upstairs in the main bedroom (no television in the lounge). Undercover parking for one car only and braai area outside.

Two bedroom log cabin:
The two Bedroom Log Cabin can accommodate four adults and two children under 12 and consists of two separate log cabins combined into one unit by inter-leading doors. There are two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (spa bath and hand shower combination), one bathroom with shower, one mini kitchen and one fully fitted kitchen (no oven). There is also one open plan lounge / dining area with a sleeper couch for two children and two balconies with beautiful lagoon views. Braai facilities can be found outside. There are televisions in all bedrooms with selected DStv channels.

semi detached luxury house:
The Semi-Detached Luxury House can accommodate six adults and two children under 12 and consists of three separate log cabins combined into one unit by inter leading doors, three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (spa bath and hand shower combination), one bathroom with shower, two mini kitchens and one fully fitted kitchen (no oven). There is one open plan lounge / dining area with a sleeper couch for two children and three balconies with beautiful lagoon views. Braai facilities can be found outside. There are televisions in all the bedrooms with selected DStv channels.

house abalone:
The House Abalone can accommodate six adults and two children under 12 and consists of three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom (spa bath and shower combination), one bathroom with shower, one fully fitted kitchen (with oven), one open plan lounge / dining area and a sleeper couch for two children. There are two balconies with beautiful lagoon views, and braai facilities outside. All the bedrooms have televisions with selected DStv channels.
