The Sandcastle guesthouse is in the private beach resort of Vleesbaai, in the heart of the Garden Route along paradise coast (Mossel Bay area). A 24 hour security entrance ensures your safety. Only a 2 minute stroll away from the long stretch of unspoiled beach, very safe for swimming, surfing, boating and fishing. Full catering as well as in- and outdoor braai areas with dining and leisure furniture available.

THE PENTHOUSE SUITE
Is a luxury bedroom suite with a private balcony, a private open plan lounge with indoor fireplace / barbeque. From the lounge a door leads out towards a private garden terrace. All rooms have a stunning view of the sea and surrounding fynbos gardens. The bed couch in the lounge can be used to sleep another two persons (or small children) for free if own bedding is provided. DStv is provided.

Enjoy the stunning view of the ocean from the Black Oystercatcher dining room where breakfast and dinner are served on request. Picnic baskets are available for lunch. Splendid cuisine selected from our menu for dinner. Guests can also make use of several in and outdoor barbeque (braai) areas. A supermarket is within walking distance for food supplies and other necessities (limited business hours – please enquire).

What can possibly be more romantic than to get married on your own private beach! Imagine the backdrop of the sea with beach chairs, bamboo torches, and a wedding arch or gazebo and a free form tent, with musicians playing your favourite music to set the mood. For 10 or 200 guests, there is the ideal venue for the reception, indoors at the Sandcastle for small intimate weddings, or a free form tent on the beach for 40 guests, or a conventional marquee overlooking the ocean for 100 or more guests. Decorations are designed to your taste, with optional extras such as a dancefloor, etc.
