Lavender Hill Guest House \ Accommodation in Knysna

Lavender Hill Guest House is a Three Star affordable Bed & Breakfast in Hunters Home, Knysna. We are conveniently situated between 2 Golf courses – Knysna Golf Course and Pezula Golf Estate.

Accommodation

Our 5 well appointed bedrooms are all shower en suite, two have private entrances while the upstairs bedroom each have a private balcony with stunning views. Each bedroom is equipped with bar fridges, tea and coffee making facilities, fans and heaters.

Room no 1
This downstairs double room leads onto a large covered deck which overlooks our garden, abounding with a myriad of birdlife for our guests to enjoy, it is also has easy access for wheelchairs. (Please note that unfortunately our showers are not wheelchair friendly)

Room no 2
This downstairs Twin bedroom also leads onto the deck and is suitable for 2 singles travelling together or young children as it is next door to room No 1.

Room no 3
A double bedroom - Upstairs - with a private balcony and a view of the Golf course as well as the Knysna Lagoon.

Room no 4
A double bedroom – Upstairs – with private balcony and a stunning view of an open field and the Lagoon.

Room no 5
This family bedroom has 2 Three quarter beds and a sleeper couch which can sleep 2 small children or 3 adults.

Self Catering
We have only one self catering unit which consists of One Double room and One Twin room (both are shower en suite) the kitchen is fully equipped with open plan lounge and deck. Please note this unit is upstairs. A secluded braai area can be found in the garden.

Breakfast

A full English breakfast is served in our well appointed dining room or on the deck, weather permitting. A comfortable lounge is available with TV or just for relaxing with a book. We also offer our guests an Honesty bar with a variety of soft drinks etc.

Attractions and Activities

A few minutes drive will take you to the Knysna Heads and Leisure Island for safe swimming and lovely sandy beaches. A 5 – 10 minute drive will take you to the centre of town where you will find our waterfront, coffee shops, boutiques, arts and craft markets and shopping malls.

There are also a couple of excellent restaurants close to Lavender Hill as well as a Spa at Pezula.
