Sea Breeze is a Cape Cod style, character, beach house, which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the beachfront road. The house consists of six bedrooms and five bathrooms and is ideal for accommodation for up to 12 people.

This large, upmarket, self catering home is superbly located and well-equipped to cater for families with children of all ages. We have spared no expense making this home comfortable for our guests and creating a real home-away-from-home. Just pack your clothes and beach towels and we'll provide the rest.

Self Catering Accommodation

Upstairs
Bedroom 1:
Main Bedroom, with king-size bed, en-suite full bathroom, balcony looking out over garden, mountains and a glimpse of the sea.

Bedroom 2: Sharing a full bathroom, this room has a double bed and overlooks the garden area.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom with its twin beds is ideal for children; it shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 2 and overlooks the garden and jungle gym.

Also on this upstairs level is a TV lounge, with surround sound, large plasma TV, PVR, DVD player and sound system. There is also a air-conditioner.

Downstairs
Lounge with plasma screen TV, two large comfy couches and a cosy gas fireplace. Open plan dining room, fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery, with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. There is also a guest cloakroom. Double doors lead from the dining area out onto covered patio/lounge area; this is also where the pool is situated.

Bedroom 4:
This bedroom is on the downstairs level and can be part of the house, or closed off with its own entrance, patio, shower room and kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. This room has a double bed, TV, safe, hairdryer and DVD player.

Bedroom 5:
This bedroom has either a king-size or twin beds, has its own bathroom, private patio, TV, and a kitchenette, and is separate from the rest of the house.

Bedroom 6:
This bedroom is situated on an upstairs level, separate from the house and has its own private balcony, has a queen size bed, TV, and a slipper bath in the bedroom, with a separate toilet.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. There is a large jungle gym in the back yard for the young ones to enjoy, as well as many board games and a few beach toys to keep them entertained. There is also a camp cot available.

General

The pool area is surrounded by large, wooden decks which also form part of the entertainment area. There are loungers on all the patios in front of the bedrooms as well as around the pool area. The pool also has a safety net, should it be necessary.

Sea Breeze is let every year, to families who enjoy the fact that the beach is on your doorstep and you don’t need to use your car, just a short walk down a wooden boardwalk, and on to the beach.

There is reliable staff available, at an extra cost per day, from Monday to Friday.
Baby sitting can also be arranged.
There is off street parking for four cars.
